The Pamper Van

Hello again Blog,
So I have finally found some motivation and inspiration to carry on my blog. Yay.

So I thought I would tell you all about a little place that deserves a big mention.
This is the Pamper van at Fairborough farm. I booked myself and Richard in for his birthday weekend and we both had the best time.

To start off, the drive was scenic and the farm lies on the cusp of the Peak District. I had found the farm through facebook and had spoken to Diane to book the van. When we arrived, Diane took us down to the van to show us around and we were not disappointed.

The van was so homely, the gardens were full of wildlife and the fields behind the van were home to sheep and deer. The van was decorated beautifully and a few treats were planted in the van for us.

In the van, the front room had a small collection of DVDs and throws, also a comfy sofa for those
cold nights or rainy days. We are in Britain after all!

The Pamper Van is self catering and the kitchen is a great size.

A few of the treats that Diane leaves for you are: home made bread and jams; a bottle of pink fizz; fresh eggs off the farm; hot chocolates and some chocolates. I found these little touches were so sweet and really made us feel welcome.

Another little touch is that the toiletries were all made buy a local company and smelt amazing.

The van has a gorgeous hot tub on the porch which looks out on to the fields surrounding.
The van also has a treatment room where you can book massages (we did indulge thank you Charlotte).

The van has only been running since January, but I feel Diane has put a lot into this beautiful get away. I could not recommend it more. The van even comes with a little guide of the area.

Have you stayed anywhere amazing in Britain?
I'm definitely looking for more getaways.
